1. Strelizia Solutions is a Limited Liability Company solely owned by Ryan Assi. We do not take responsibility for any consequences of the decisions you make. We operate as a coach, guide, and/or mentor/consultant. This means our main goal is not to fix your problems for you, but to engage you in the self-improvement process to reach your goals, whether they are personal or business related. This is not a one-off process and will take time. However, the more quality engagement you have, the less time it generally takes.

2. Anything said between the client and Ryan is private information, and the specific details of which will not be shared with anyone. However, the general or overall interactions, situations, wisdom, and improvement might be shared as examples to others, which will exclude any and all PII (personal identifiable information). For example, in interviews, speaking engagements, articles, books, or testimony, I may use your story, but will never include specifics to identify you.

3. I am not a therapist, counselor, clinical psychologist, nor psychiatrist of any manner that requires any legal certifications regarding mental health, stability, nor rehabilitation. If you need professional help regarding any of these disciplines, you will need to get professional help. Consulting is not a replacement for therapy, but a powerful supplement. It is not my responsibility, but yours, to understand that you need medical help and seek it out, when necessary. If you need help but are not getting it after being suggested, I may let you go as a client.

4. I am not a financial advisor, and do not deal with investments of such nature. When talking about money, I can only talk about your goals, and do not deal with stocks, crypto, or risky investments. I generally do not give investing advice, or anything having to do with interest. I only help you align your financial goals with your interests, dealing with spending and saving habits. 

5. We can never guarantee results, we can only suggest processes and help you through them.

1. The client is free to terminate the relationship of services at any time they choose, unless a separate contract has been signed.

2. The coach, Ryan Assi, is free to terminate the relationship of services at any time they choose, unless a separate contract has been signed.

3. The 25 minute free consultation is once per area of inquiry. If you are interested in it both for yourself, as well as professionally for your business, these are considered two separate meetings.

   • If you are late to the consultation and need more time, it may get rescheduled, at the discretion of Ryan.

   • If you miss the consultation entirely, rescheduling is at the discretion of Ryan.

4. All services will be billed by hourly, daily, or by project.

   • Payment is due at the end of the session. 

   • If payment is not received, this will affect your ability to book new sessions, at the discretion of Ryan.

5. Strelizia Solutions agrees to the following:

   • We will help you determine a plan for reaching your goals.

   • If you are unsure of your goals, we will help you ascertain and find direction for what you would like to accomplish.

   • We promise to research and truly tailor our time together as much as we can to your specific situations. It is important to us to have a meaningful relationship and help you see improvement!

Log Files:

Strelizia Solutions follows a standard procedure of using log files. These files log visitors when they visit websites. All hosting companies do this and a part of hosting services' analytics. The information collected by log files include internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date and time stamp, referring/exit pages, and possibly the number of clicks. These are not linked to any information that is personally identifiable. The purpose of the information is for analyzing trends, administering the site, tracking users' movement on the website, and gathering demographic information.

CCPA Privacy Rights (Do Not Sell My Personal Information)

Under the CCPA, among other rights, California consumers have the right to:

• Request that a business that collects a consumer's personal data disclose the categories and specific pieces of personal data that a business has collected about consumers.
