About Me

My name is Ryan Assi, and I have a Master's degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering . My academic and professional background includes projects in the automotive industry, biomedical industry (including tele-health), and the cybersecurity industry.

My extra-curricular background includes Olympic Development Program level athletics as well as team and individual, communication, relationship, leadership, and confidence coaching.

I strive to reach into many different areas of life to understand my own personal, physical, creative, and professional limitations and how I can exceed and improve them, as well as teach others to do the same.

Through my academic and professional career, I have sought out to help my fellow coworkers and students understand key points of failure and improvement that can help them and the team succeed and thrive on their journey forward. I bring new ways of learning and thinking to habits that go unnoticed, and help break destructive habits while detailing a personally-tailored plan to your needs.

Strelizia Solutions was started to give people the insight from a professional engineer to tailor true help to individuals wanting a different direction on life, and their businesses.

I've read the same self-help books you have, and found them quite vague and hard to put into practice. I work with you one on one to demystify advice and get it to you in an easy-to-understand and directly applicable way. My job is to help you make your life easier and more fulfilling!

As part of the Catalyst program, I was part of a 5-person think tank that aimed at solving the problem of college graduate intern retention at the corporate level at Ford.

This badge was awarded after the model was accepted and implemented by corporate directors.

Ford HFOT Culture Club Award 2022

I was awarded in for 2022 for contributions to my departments' culture club, helping bring us all together with events, both fun and charitable. This included adoption of newer communication techniques for cross-team building.
